Version 0.21 has a Proxy Settings dialog

The new 0.21 download is ready to go. Look for the changes in step 4. And here's a pic of the new proxy settings dialog.

Verion 0.2 released last night

Last night I released version 0.2 of the OPML Editor, and asked the testers to perform a simple experiment to verify that the registration and file uploading processes work. So far Dave Luebbert has verified that it works. This is a baseline of functionality, I don't want to proceed until I know that registering and uploading work for all four of us.
