Version 0.27 has a button bar in My Outline

Your instant outliner window now has a button bar with a single button in it, New Entry.

When you click the button a new top-level line is created in the outline, with a time stamp and your initials.

An empty headline is inserted below it, the cursor moves to it, and the bar cursor is replaced with a flashing caret, indicating that your text is now welcome.

I also added a single keystroke for the My Outline command, Control-Y.

Frontier users will find this familiar, because this is the keystroke that used to open the Notepad outline. This outline is clearly the proper inheritor of that keystroke.

As usual, to get the newest stuff, choose Refresh Code from the DotOpml sub-menu of the Tools menu.
