Version 0.29 has a working Update Opml.root commandHow to test 1. Choose Refresh Code from the DotOpml sub-menu of the Tools menu to get 0.29 installed on your machine. 2. Choose Update Opml.root from the File menu. Click on OK to the confirmation dialog. 3. After a short pause a dialog will appear telling you how many new parts you've received. What this does It makes it possible for me to fix bugs and add features to the core "root" file of the application. It's like adding code to the operating system (if Frontier were an operating system, which it actually is). Not to worry. Some times I'll say to update this way instead of the Refresh Code way. And eventually this way will totally replace the Refresh Code way (which is kind of a band-aid, but one that works). # Posted by Dave Winer on 6/11/05; 9:26:34 AM - --
