Test version of 10.a3 apps

Here are two new OPML Editor apps, one for Mac, one for Windows. The changes are mainly cosmetic, new icons for the app and documents, instead of pointing to the SourceForge site, the About window points to this site.

This build was done by former UserLander Andre Radke, one of the finest programmers I've ever worked with.

The icons were generously contributed by Frank Jonen.

Both Andre and Frank are from Germany!

How to install

1. You must already have a working OPML Editor installation.

2. Backup all your data before installing the new apps.

3a. On Windows, replace opml.exe with the new application.

3b. On Macintosh, replace opml.app with the new application.

4. Report any problems, kudos, in the comments here.
