What is the OPML Coffee Mug?

The page you came from has an OPML coffee mug on it. If you click on the mug, and you're running the OPML Editor, it will present a dialog asking if you want to subscribe to this person's Instant Outline, which is something like subscribing to an RSS feed.

Instant Outlines are useful for workgroups, especially ones that are "virtual," where team members work in different locations around the world. The Instant Outline space becomes the group's work environment.
